Behind every home, one common thread: turning a forgotten place into a space where you feel immediately good, and keeping it that way over time. Nothing is left to chance, from the first look at a property to the cleaning between two stays.
We are not hurried decorators. Every apartment begins with a property we spot, often tired, sometimes forgotten, but always chosen for its potential: a volume, a light, a location. Then comes the real work, the building site, where we deal with things in depth rather than dressing them up.
What guides us fits in one sentence: only open a home when we would happily stay there ourselves. It is demanding, sometimes slow, but it is the only way to get places that stay pleasant season after season, and not just on opening day.
From the first viewing to the first guest

Find
We look for characterful properties, often to renovate, in lively neighbourhoods of Laval. Before the façade, we look at the potential: orientation, volumes, proximity to the station and shops. A good home starts with a good location.

Renovate
We rethink the volumes, choose the materials and care for every finish. Wiring, plumbing, insulation, floors: whatever needs redoing gets redone, even when it won't be seen. A full renovation, not a mere refresh.

Furnish
Quality bedding, a genuinely equipped kitchen, lighting considered room by room, coherent décor: everything is designed for the comfort of the stay, not just for the photo. We test, adjust and live in the home before opening it.

Care
Demanding housekeeping between every stay, regular upkeep, attentive listening and quick fixes. A home holds up over time: it is this quiet follow-up that keeps it, two years on, as pleasant as on day one.
