Cocon Mayennais was created and furnished by Thomas, who also runs it day to day. That hands-on experience now allows him to support people who want to launch their own short-term rental.
This is not general training or an off-the-shelf method. The point is to work concretely on your property, your budget and your needs. Each part is independent: you only pick the modules that are useful to you.

I share what works day to day, what makes upkeep easier and where it pays to invest. The goal is a pleasant, practical property without piling up pointless purchases.

We look at comparable properties, the location, what is on offer and the busy periods. That analysis gives a starting price consistent with the local market and with the money invested.
The rate can then be adjusted for the seasons, local events, weekends and how full the calendar is.

Yes. That is the whole point of Hôte à Hôtes: passing on what we apply to our own apartments, from finding the property to running it day to day. What we learned on ours, we transpose to yours, wherever it is.
No. The Full support package starts before the purchase, with investment advice and the property search. If you already own, the other two packages pick the project up where it stands.
There is no single price: every project differs in scale and in the steps that are useful to you. The amount is set individually after a first conversation, free and with no commitment.
No. Our own apartments are in Laval, and that is where we learned the trade — but the support is not limited to it. A large part works perfectly well remotely, and we travel depending on the project. Just tell us where your property is.
