How do I book an apartment?
Three ways: book directly on this site, use the form above if you would rather talk first, or go through our Airbnb listings. Either way, we are the ones who answer you.
What is the difference between booking direct and through Airbnb?
The apartment is exactly the same. Booking direct, you deal with us without an intermediary, and optional services are arranged straight after the booking.
How quickly do you reply?
Within 24 business hours. If your dates are close, say so in your message: we handle urgent requests first.
How many apartments do you have, and in which neighbourhoods?
Four furnished apartments in Laval: Cocon Mayennais and Escapade Sereine on the right bank, in the Haute Follis area; Factory near the station; Golden in La Crossardière. The exact address is sent with your arrival details.

Can I add services to my stay?
Yes: groceries ready before you arrive, pick-up from the station, early check-in, romantic set-up, mid-stay cleaning, a day of remote work, late check-out. All are requested before arrival; the details are at the bottom of each apartment page.
How do I get to Laval from Paris?
Laval is around 1 h 10 from Paris by TGV. We can collect you at the station on arrival and drop you back on your departure day, if you let us know when booking.
